Telugu actor and producer turns 59 today. The stalwart of South Indian cinema is truly a force to reckon with, when it comes to Indian movie industry. He still manages to look as young as ever. Nagarjuna finally reveals his fitness secret saying that he believes in eating right and working out to maintain a perfect figure.He has a disciplined routine and revealed that his daily routine starts at 6 AM where he hits the gym for an hour. Egg whites and bread slices will be his breakfast, followed by second breakfast (idly, dosa etc.) at 11 AM. He takes rice, roti and 4 varieties of vegetable curries for lunch. The actor makes it a point to take fruits before lunch and not after. The menu for Dinner ( at 7 PM) will be grilled chicken, fish and boiled eggs. His passion for food lead to open two restaurants ‘N Grill’ and ‘N Asian’, as well as a resto-bar called ‘N-District’, all of which are popular foodie destinations in Hyderabad. Even when he has to build a muscular physique for one of his roles, he doesn’t rely on crash diets. He also revealed that he dedicates 25% of attention to diet and 25% to workout and the rest goes into his healthy habits that he has developed over the years.
