Unhygienic activities include no proper bathing, brushing or cleaning themselves and the surroundings. It’s just a reckless behavior and attitude towards being clean and tidy.
we all know no one wants to stay dirty or live in a bad environment, but intentionally or unintentionally that happens. People because of their daily habits in lifestyle sometimes fall into an unhygienic path. This is either out of laziness or lack of knowledge of the adverse effects of being untidy.
It would be very better if people incorporate cleanliness in their lifestyle.
Being Too Hygienic:
At times brushing is done for a long time and is done harder. This doesn’t mean for the better teeth. So go easy on your teeth and do brush your teeth twice a day and try to floss right after every meal. This is one common mistake. Brushing your teeth harder simply weaken the gums or cause red gums and may result in oozing of blood from it if this is continued again and again.
While bathing we are told to scrub more and to pour lots of water to cleanse off the dirt from the body. But due to this, we are basically rupturing the skin layers thereby harmful making skin non-resistant to skin diseases or infections.
Also bathing for more times a day causes skin sensitive diseases.
If a lot of soap is applied to the body it might also harm your skin sooner or later. So bathing should be done once in a day and only a required amount of soap or body wash should be utilized.
I know this could sound silly that how one can go wrong in pooping.
Previously we had these sanitary rooms designed in which we need to bend our limbs and partially sit on the plumbing, with this the pressure is built automatically and thus pooping is done naturally.
But with the new invention of the western seat, the person has to sit for a longer time for pooping. Letting out the wastes from the body is very very important. So pooping should be done daily once at least if not measures are to be taken to do so.
Generally, people don’t really care if they had good poop for a day or not. But they must definitely work on this too.
Sitting and walking postures :
I think everyone would agree with me that all our elders have been telling us from our childhood to sit straight and walk with a stiff posture and not to bend too much.
Obviously, nothing is preached or practised with no purpose or point. Definitely, there’s a scientific reason behind it!
The backbone and spine at the back are quite affected by the sitting and the walking positions. People usually care less about this but it’s equally important to sit and walk in correct positions without bending too much.
Bad Eating & Sleeping Habits:
Bad eating habits like having too little or too much food and also consumption of foods that. damage one’s health. A balanced diet should be maintained.
Sleeping habits like not sleeping for sufficient hours and sleeping for a long time comes under bad habits of sleeping.
Both the bad eating and sleeping habits have their own kinds of terrible effects on the human health and body.
You might be thinking how anyone can mess up with this too. Trust me we all can do. According to the study, there is a correct method of breathing. Most of us just inhale and then exhale air, we believe breathing must be done with the chest in & out process. This is where we all go wrong. This is just another simple and harmful mistake people make in their lifestyle.
Breathing should be done in a way which could stress upon the diaphragm and lungs. So it should be done in a stomach in and out the way the is the correct way of breathing.
